A oltre una settimana dalle peggiori alluvioni monsoniche che abbiano colpito l'Asia meridionale il Bangladesh, l'India e il Nepal sono ancora sconvolti dalle repentine inondazioni che hanno colpito circa 30 milioni di persone e il piano di distribuzione degli aiuti sta subendo forti rallentamenti per le pessime condizioni delle strade.
