30.10.2007 In vista della discussione sulla proposta di legge di riforma della cooperazione, l'Associazione Ong italiane presenta una nota che segnala "alcuni elementi fondamentali che devono caratterizzare le attività di cooperazione allo sviluppo". "Lo sviluppo è una questione di donne e di uomini, essi devono essere il fine di ogni iniziativa e diventare protagonista dello sviluppo proprio e della propria nazione. E’ fondamentale affermare e concretamente riconoscere la centralità delle risorse umane, in ogni ambito operativo" - afferma la nota dell'Associazione che raggruppa 163 organizzazioni non governative italiane.
